Coordinated Family Services CFS
Coordinated Family Supports (CFS) empowers adults with developmental disabilities to remain successfully living in their family home while building greater independence, confidence, and community involvement. Through personalized, person-centered support, our mentors work alongside individuals and their families to create meaningful opportunities for growth and long-term success.
Our CFS services include:
Building daily living skills and increasing independence within the family home.
Expanding community access and meaningful social connections.
Identifying and reducing barriers that impact successful living at home.
Supporting individuals in achieving personal, educational, employment, and life goals.
Coordinating services and connecting individuals to community and generic resources, including SSI, IHSS, Medi-Cal, CalFresh, ACCESS Transportation, education, employment, and other available supports.
Developing individualized strategies that promote long-term independence and self-advocacy.
Every participant receives a personalized service plan tailored to their unique strengths, goals, preferences, and evolving needs. Our services are flexible, culturally responsive, and delivered with respect for each individual's language, family values, and lived experiences—ensuring every person receives the support they need to AIM higher, FOCUS on growth, CONQUER challenges, and LEVEL UP toward greater independence.
Executive FunctionSupport
At Level 2 Level Mentorship (L2L), our approach to executive function support is powerful in helping individuals develop essential cognitive skills. By offering structured guidance, personalized feedback, and consistent encouragement, L2L mentors significantly enhance personal and academic success for those they support.
Through our mentorship program, we focus on fostering key executive functions such as planning, organization, time management, and emotional regulation. Our mentors work closely with individuals to create tailored strategies that empower them to navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
Tailored Day Services TDS
At Level 2 Level Mentorship (L2L), our Tailored Day Services (TDS) empower adults with developmental disabilities to build meaningful, independent, and purpose-driven lives. Through individualized mentoring and real-world experiences, participants develop the skills, confidence, and support needed to pursue higher education, employment, volunteer opportunities, and greater community inclusion.

Every TDS Individual works alongside an experienced L2L mentor to create a customized service plan centered around their interests, abilities, and personal goals.

At Level 2 Level Mentorship (L2L), community engagement is more than participating in activities—it’s about building confidence, developing meaningful relationships, and creating a sense of belonging. Our mentors provide individualized support that helps participants become active, valued members of their communities while increasing independence and self-determination.
Through our 1:1 person-centered mentoring, participants are encouraged to AIM for new experiences, FOCUS on developing social and life skills, CONQUER barriers to community participation, and ultimately LEVEL UP by creating meaningful connections and living fuller, more independent lives.
Community Engagement at L2L Includes:
Exploring local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, museums, and community events
Joining clubs, sports teams, fitness classes, and hobby groups
Attending concerts, festivals, and cultural events
Learning to independently access community resources and public transportation
Strengthening executive functioning skills through real-life experiences
Building self-advocacy skills in community settings
Building and maintaining healthy friendships and natural support networks
Participating in volunteer and civic engagement opportunities
Developing confidence in social communication and relationship-building
Practicing money management while shopping, dining, and planning activities
Exploring employment, educational, and recreational opportunities

Traditional 1:1 and Traditional Family Advisement Supports Mentoring Supports
Level 2 Level Mentorship (L2L) provides individualized mentoring services designed to promote independence, confidence, self-advocacy, and community inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through a person-centered approach, Mentor Specialists develop meaningful relationships with each participant while supporting the achievement of individualized goals across home, school, work, and community settings.
Traditional 1:1 Mentoring Supports
Each participant is matched with a dedicated Mentor Specialist based on their interests, personality, strengths, and support needs. Mentors provide individualized coaching, encouragement, and skill development through consistent one-on-one sessions.
Traditional Family Advisement Supports
L2L recognizes that families play a critical role in supporting long-term independence. Family Advisement services provide education, coaching, and collaborative planning that empower caregivers while promoting client self-determination.
The vision of Level 2 Level Mentorship is to equip and prepare adolescents and adults (neurotypical and neurodiverse) with the tools to live and thrive in a healthy mindset.
