Harbor Regional Center (HRC)
Harbor Regional Center is one of California’s 21 nonprofit Regional Centers and operates under contract with the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS). HRC serves children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in the South Bay, Harbor, Long Beach, and Southeast Los Angeles County communities.
