Where It AllBegan

Ivy Marshall is the heart and vision behind Level 2 Level Mentorship. With a background in special education and community college instruction, Ivy has spent her career encouraging and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they work toward greater independence and meaningful lives.

Ivy created L2L after recognizing that individuals and families often need continued guidance, encouragement, and genuine connection beyond the traditional school setting. Her own life experiences have shaped her into a compassionate leader who understands the importance of having someone believe in you, stand beside you, and helps you recognize your strengths.
