At Level 2 Level Mentorship (L2L), our team is made up of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds in special education, vocational services, behavioral support, social services, and community-based support. We are passionate about empowering individuals to build confidence, develop independence, and achieve meaningful goals. Through person-centered mentoring, our staff provides compassionate guidance, practical life skills, and unwavering support to help every individual thrive at every stage of their journey.

Our mentorship sessions are provided in a variety of settings based on each participant's goals, interests, and support needs. Whether meeting in the community, at home, in our L2L office, on a college campus, at a workplace, or virtually, every session is designed to provide practical, hands-on learning that promotes independence, confidence, and meaningful community engagement.
